Apartment A - DINA House (max 6 people)

Note:
- End Cleanning extra;
- Ascension, Whit Sunday Corpus Domini: If you stay less than 5 nights, the price is the same for high season;
- Children under 2 years gratis;
- Children under 6 years 1/2 price;
- Price for apartments are for a minimum stay of 7 days (end-cleaning not included ), in high season from Saturday to Saturday. Ask the management for other arrangements;
- Apartments can be occupied after 4 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the morning of departure.
- Bookings are accepted by sendi ng a deposit of 30% of the total cost (minimum 80.00 €) within the next 7 days.
- The booking is valid only after receiving the deposit which must sent as soon as possible either by bank transfer, postal money order or by a non transferable bank draft. The deposit can be paid back only if the cancellation is received 4 weeks prior to arrival date with 30% fine.
- Late arrivals and early departures for any reason (damages, bad weather,illness,robberies,etc.) are not management responsibility, therefore the amount due is for the entire period booked. The amound must be paid on arrival for the whole booked.
- The kitchen of the apartment must be left clean especially the dishes, pots etc., otherwise the management will charge you an extra sum of money.
